The proprietors of The Wild Buffalo, Salvatore and Briana Cardone, are extremely excited to open their second place of business. They have successfully owned and operated “Mambo Italiano” in Mundelein since 2004. They also co-own “The Couture Caterer “ and “La Cucina, Inc.”
Salvatore grew up in Buffalo Grove and is an alumnus of Buffalo Grove High School. Brianna has spent most of her life in both Buffalo Grove in Long Grove. She is an alumna of Stevenson High School.
It is the Cardone’s goal to create a modern space to draw more patrons and their existing customer base to the new Buffalo Grove Golf Course and restaurant, The Wild Buffalo. With the proper overhaul of the venue, they see themselves creating a new age and modern theme for the restaurant. They have created a brand new menu with a more urban flair that hits multi-facets and aims to please everyone seeking a supurb lunch or dinner.
The Cardone‘s intention is to attract a large following by offering a wide variety of fare, matched with an affordable price to touch every interest. Whether it’s a quick bite for lunch, a business meeting, a golf outing, a girlfriend get-together, a family dinner or a private event, they aim to please every type of clientele.
The lunch and dinner menu offer Italian favorites such as spaghetti, ravioli and chicken parmigiana. Various types of salads, sandwiches, pizzas and seafood dishes are available as well. The Wild Buffalo offers a full-service bar and lounge that serves craft beer, local wines and top shelf liquor. Video gaming is now available. They plan on hosting golf events, Village-associated events, showers, weddings and family oriented events.
Their mission is be to create an appealing atmosphere with an eclectic menu. Paired with delicious food and refreshing cocktails - all with a friendly face and comfortable surroundings.
